The Woman In Black

I love it. It captures Jennet Humfrye's malevolence wonderfully. If you see this woman, your life and everyone around you are doomed. The sheer malice in her eyes reflects a desire for revenge that transcends her desire for vengeance. Her son has passed on, yet she has made her sister live out her delusions until her death. I like the look of the family plot, in the book it had belonged to the Drablow family, but Jennet would let no one else there. When Arthur sees her in that plot, he is sent down a road that will destroy his life and seal his fate now unforseen. I love the hollow expression. Dull, yet full of contempt. Seriously, this could be the book cover.
